In line with the College’s vision to become a leading regional University by the year 2013, we are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of:
 

Dean of Students
 

Reporting to the Principal, the Dean of Student’s office cuts across all other organs of the College in attempt to facilitate delivery of the student welfare activities. 

Other sub-organs include: Sports and Games, Placement Office, Guidance and Counseling.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

The Dean will mainly be in charge of: 

• Student guidance and counseling; 
• Clubs, societies and student extracurricular activities 
• Maintenance of student discipline; 
• Orientation of new students; 
• Providing guidance and support to student leadership; 
• The running of the alumni association and 
• Student placement ;

Qualification, Skill and Experience

• A minimum of a bachelor degree in guidance and counseling or a related area; 
• At least two years relevant working experience. 
• Must be of high integrity; 
• Must be self driven;
