The following vacancy has arisen in our facility in Karuri, Kenya.
Sales Administrator
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of the sales process including processing of sales orders, invoicing, customers’ credit management, debt collection and other related functions in the accounts department.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:-
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma in the field of accounting with CPA Part II
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a busy accounting office preferably in a manufacturing industry, experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS - Office application packages with proficiency in MS Excel. Experience in Sage Accounting System will be an added advantage.
- Be of high integrity with Strong communication, problem solving, numerical, organisational and planning skills.
