Fiber Optic Skilled Surveyors & Designers

Job Description:  

We require an experienced site surveyor and Designer with experience in fiber optic projects.

• Do detailed survey for utilities and other features along roads, in terms of quality of the road, buildings etc.
• Measure the area with the help of instruments like GPS, measuring tapes
• Draw the map of entire survey with the help of software’s like Google maps, CAD etc. 
• Prepare OSP Fundamental plans, engineering detailed plans, Single Line
• Diagrams (SLD), and other related design drawings.
• Detailed Design includes but not limited to designing a Lay Plan (civil works, duct route and manholes), Haul Plan (Cable Pulling Plan), Fiber Optic Grid Plan.
• Populate Engineering design data into Excel format.
• Preparation of engineering work load estimates.
• Digitizing of As-built Fiber Network plan.

Experience:

• At least 5 Years in site survey
• Experience in Fiber optic projects

Key skills / Qualification required

• Diploma/Degree in Civil engineering.
• Experience using GPS
• Experience using the following software:  Google Maps, AutoCAD, MAP Info
