Insurance Brokerage General Manager Vacancy in Kenya
A soon to be established insurance brokerage Company is seeking to recruit a General Manager who shall be responsible for the general control, direction and operation of the Company.
Since this position entails a shareholding offer as a Director of the Company, the board is interested in discussing this position with highly entrepreneurial persons meeting the following minimum qualifications.

Academic Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant subject in Commerce/Business Administration
- Professional insurance qualification i.e. ACII or equivalent
Technical Competencies and Experience Requirements:
- Extent of professional experience in business management, with a particular emphasis on insurance and related areas
- Ability to work in teams within a multi-disciplinary environment
- Experience with networking and business development activities
Selection Criteria
- Relevance and quality of work experience
- Relevance of insurance market analytical skills and knowledge of insurance concepts and principals;
- Leadership, networking and co-ordination skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
