Our client an international manufacturing firm in the packaging industry is looking for a senior executive to run a manufacturing plant.
The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring that appropriate business strategies are in place and are acted upon successfully.

Our client an international manufacturing firm in the packaging industry is looking for a senior executive to run a manufacturing plant.
The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring that appropriate business strategies are in place and are acted upon successfully.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To run and manage a Manufacturing plant with Plastic Extrusion line and Paper products
- Scheduling of production based on plan and requirement
- Managing and training operators in shifts
- Taking care of Plant machineries with the Plant Technicians.
- Implement Best Practices in the Work place among other things.
Experience and skills
- A University Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineer
- 5 to 7 years experience in a manufacturing plant, preferably with Plastic Extrusion lines
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Aptitude to understand and translate technical details and trouble shoot skills are essential
