Key Performance Areas:

Site Supervisor

• Debt Collection.
• Management of all day to day operational issues within budget including :

1. Reports
2. Committee Liaison
3. Budget Expenses Management.

• All Accounting needs for Accountant.

1. Electricity meter readings.
2. Water meter readings.
3. Follow up on 3rd party invoices.
4. All record keeping.

• Coordinate with other outsourced companies:

1. Security Company.
2. Cleaning company.
3. Maintenance contracts.
4. Landscaper.
5. Lifts
6. Borehole
7. Generators.
8. Others.

• Completion of all repair issues from getting quotations, facilitating LPO’s and then ensure work completed in time and the right quality.
